Wings can be added on one or both sides with Ranch Style truss system.
Chalet Style– with 2x6 framed walls and heavy timber beams and rafters with double roof system. Design includes loft area with stairs, v-groove exposed ceiling, 6 x 12 ridge beam and 4 x 8 rafter beams. Package includes major interior partition walls and insulation for ceiling and walls. (No inside wall paneling included)
Standard Cross Section
Insu-Log ® is kiln dried and comes in different grades based on species of wood and quality of the wood then neatly machined with our unique planers and knives at our mill in Winter, Wisconsin. Available in 3 widths, (6", 8" & 9"), with corresponding full cornered log ends.
We have a dollar window and door allowance included in each building. $1.80 per sq. ft. floor area in Regular Ranch and Chalet.
Windows and doors are insulated with screens. Standard shingles are 235 # No 1. 25 year warranty.
